Michel Morin from St-Georges de Beauce caught the biggest trout in july 2007, 1550g (3.4 pounds) at the Nadia lake. Michel and his group won a free fishing day for 2008.

DUring summer of 2007, a group from Trois-Rivières came to the domaine orégnac in a floatplane. They landed on the Lac des Plongeurs.

Small game hunting : Marie-Josée Hébert from La Tuque brought back the 293th partridge at the Domaine Orégnac in 2007. A fifth yeah in row for a total of 200 partridges caughted. An average of 3,2 partridges by hunting day. Another record with the harvest of 250 ruffed grouse 50 savannas grouse for a grand total of 325 birds so, 31 more than the record of 2006, with 292 birds.

Big game hunting : The harvest was'nt so amazing than the last years, with 2 moose for 3 groups. Your outfitter has been beaten without a catch but, his friends and customers laughed a bit ! The 2008 fishing season is promising : I am predicting some very great fishing times for 2008 with around 5000 catches. The lakes you wont miss: Bouchard, Mima, Naja, Chinook, Nabo and Barlot. The bets are open !

A blitz on the new roads : Yes, 18,5 miles of new roads were cleared of undergrowth, about 10 more roads are expected for 2008, with an obvious aim to support a greater accessibility at the various lakes of Le Domaine Oregnac. A bright idea, the solar energy : your outfitter had an idea; every cabin at Le Domaine Oregnac are now equipped with solar energy. The many compliments of the customers are justifying this improvement.
